My name's Lahiru. I'm an Engineer turned Youtuber who's on a mission to cure self hatred and people pleasing from those who were like me when I was younger.

Back in 2021, I used to hate my life.

I grew up as a people pleaser, and as a result, no one in highschool really liked or disliked me, and I sort of just existed.

I took the advice of my teachers that said that "If you study hard and get a good job you don't need to worry about anything"

I worked my ass off in highschool through COVID isolation to study for my final exams, and I thought that it would be the end. I thought everything would sort itself out after I got a good ATAR.

Soon after, I started playing video games and jerking off almost every single day for months. I was so tired of doing work, of studying, and I didn't want to do anything with my life.

As I started university, doing a degree I didn't really care for, I was suddenly hit with the sheer work I needed to do to make it.

I hated being stuck in my room. I hated the university I went to, and how shallow the connections felt, and I just hated my entire life. I was spiraling into a world of negative thoughts about my life, about myself, and worst of all I felt like I didn't know who I was.

I tried the classic youtube advice. "Just go to the gym", "fake it till you make it", "work on yourself"...

But none of it worked for me. I felt like I was portraying a mask of who I really was, and honestly it just made everything worse.

I felt trapped in my old life. In my old self. I felt like I needed someone else to take me out of the hell that I was in.

But... no one came to save me.

The EXACT steps I'll take you through

1) I hop on a discovery call with you and we discuss the current problems you're facing, your personal development goals, and what you've tried specifically to change your life.

2) If you're a good fit for the coaching service, I'll draft out a strategic plan tailored to your life for you to get on track to turn around your negative mindset, start building inner confidence, and transforming how you see yourself over the next 2-3 days.

3) We hop on a follow-up call, where I run through the strategic plan I've made for you, and start implementing daily/weekly targets that will be updated every week. The first month will be tailored towards building/implementing the habits (meditation, physical exercise, mindset training) into your routine, and get you used to doing them.

The first month is the hardest, as these habits are new to you. But the longer you stay consistent with hitting the goals in the plan, the easier it will get overtime, and they'll soon be second nature over the weeks.

4) Once we go through the strategic plan, you'll report to me once a week on your progress in implementing the plan. You'll have the option to contact me if you run into any obstacles in implementing the plan.

5) By week 8, you'll have the habits built up, and you'll be self-sufficient if you stick to the plan. The end-goal here is that you've stacked enough wins in all realms (physical, social and mental) that you can guide yourself to becoming better than you were yesterday.

The end goal of this coaching is so you don't need me anymore. You'll be able to cultivate self love through strengthening your meta-cognition, developing yourself physically (not necessarily weight-lifting), and being a high-vibration authentic person to those in your life.
